Each year, select athletes from around the world are invited to Ironman Hawaii. Dan Grieb and I are honored to be going to Ironman Hawaii in June for 70.3 and October for the world championships. Last year, my parents funded everything. This year so many people are asking to support our journey. Thank you.

If you start walking 100 steps and get 1% Better for 1 year, you will be walking 3,700 steps.
If you start with 1,000 steps, in 1 year you will be walking a Marathon.

You influence what you focus on. If you wake up every day thinking "How do I get 1% Better today?" You will be infinitely better off than the alternative.
There is a large community of people with special needs. Reach out and touch someone. Make a positive difference in someone else's life and they will do the same for you.
